The textile industry places a significant strain on water resources, requiring water at every stage of production—from growing cotton and other fibers to fabric finishing processes like dyeing, printing, and coating.

As a professional embroidered fabric manufacturer, we strive to minimize waste throughout the entire production process and optimize resource use, benefiting both the environment and society.

We Only Use OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified Dyeing Factories

Hangzhou Lee Power Embroidery is dedicated to green manufacturing. We work exclusively with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified dyeing factories to ensure that our embroidered fabrics are free from harmful substances. This guarantees that our products are safe for human use and, to a large extent, environmentally friendly.

While prioritizing eco-friendly dyeing, we also continuously select more sustainable raw materials for our fabrics.

We Use Sustainable Materials

Organic Cotton

• Grown using environmentally friendly methods that restore and maintain soil fertility.
• Reduces the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers.
• Requires 90% less water and 60% less energy compared to conventional cotton.

Recycled Polyester

• Made from recycled plastic bottles, helping to reduce landfill waste.
• Producing recycled polyester cuts carbon dioxide emissions by 54%.
• Uses 59% less energy than conventional polyester production

Since 2021, we have been incorporating organic cotton and recycled polyester into our embroidered fabrics, and the percentage of these sustainable materials continues to grow.

We can provide certifications for our products and, in the future, plan to expand our use of sustainable materials such as recycled cotton and recycled polyamide for embroidered fabrics.
